The capital of Vietnam, Hanoi is a bustling city full of scooters, rich history, and beautiful colonial architecture.

Vietnam is actually the second largest coffee producer in the world, which means they have some of the freshest beans around.

Everywhere you look, there are little coffee shops dotted all over the streets. It can be hard to know where to find the best coffee in this bustling city, which is why we’ve decided to make it easier for you and introduce you to the best coffee spot in the city.

The Note Coffee

And The Note Coffee, located at #64 Luong Van Can Street has taken coffee making to the next level. Not only do they offer all of the various types of coffee Vietnam is known for, like weasel and cà phê đá, but they add a personal touch. Each cup comes with a short letter from the baristas to the coffee drinker. That personal touch and the notes left behind make any weary traveler perk up and feel welcome.

If you’re looking for a coffee recommendation, ask for the cà phê đá. This is an iced Vietnamese coffee made with condensed milk and is possibly the most delicious creation on the planet.

The cafe is open Monday to Sunday, from 6:30AM to 11:00PM.
