With travelling and vacationing set to reach pre-COVID levels this year, the chances are most of us will be taking at least one holiday. Why not focus your vacationing by setting some travel resolutions which can help you set goals and maximize your experiences? Here are three which can work for most people, to give you a little travel resolution inspiration.

Visit A New Country

For some of us, this will be easy as we prefer to explore somewhere new each year, but for many of us it’s very easy to return to the same destinations year in, year out. Whilst it’s perfectly understandable to have a favorite country or place you like to visit, by visiting a new one you will open yourself up to new cultural, culinary and social experiences.

Travel Without Flying

Set yourself the challenge of visiting a destination and journeying there without flying. Not only is this better for the environment, using trains, buses, boats and other modes of transport can help to slow the experience down and introduce you to new people, places and sights you may have missed if you had flown there.

Travel Alone

If you have never had a vacation by yourself before, this is the year to try it. Whether you head to a nearby city for a long weekend, or jet halfway around the world for a month, travelling by yourself can teach you a lot about what you enjoy and what matters to you. It can also boost your confidence, as you’ll discover you’re capable of so much more than you expected.
