Tampa won’t leave you disappointed if you decide to visit it with your entire family because it’s home to many kid-friendly attractions. If your little ones have a soft spot for amusement parks, here are three you should check out while exploring one of Florida’s largest cities.
Busch Gardens, Tampa Bay
Busch Gardens is a part of SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment, and it’s home to some of the best thrill rides in all of Florida. Dive coaster named SheiKra with 90-degree vertical drop is its main attraction, but people also come here for dramatic roller coasters Cheetah Hunt, Montu, and Kumba.
Water Works Park
If water parks happen to be your family’s idea of fun, this is one of the very best that Tampa has in store. Children’s Splash Pad and playground are its main features, but you can also find open green spaces, picnicking spots, and a dog park on its grounds.
Speaking of water parks that you can find in Tampa, it doesn’t get much better than Adventure Island. Located just across the street from Busch Gardens Tampa Bay, this water park is home to Tampa’s best pools and water rides with dramatic drop slides.
