Bangkok is a bustling city with a rich culture. If you are planning on visiting Thailand’s capital, these are the key neighborhoods to explore on your trip.

Chinatown

China Town begins at Yaowarat Road and stretches out to become the home of Bangkok’s Chinese community. Here, you will find authentic Chinese cuisine among a colorful array of food stalls. You will also find the giant Golden Buddha statue, located at Wat Traimit.

Banglamphu

Banglamphu is the neighborhood of the infamous Khao San Road. This is where backpackers flock to drink cocktail fish bowls, eat dried scorpions on skewers, and interact with Bangkok’s most eccentric nightlife. You will be hard-pushed to find another neighborhood like it.
