Visiting the Eiffel Tower without booking tickets in advance is pretty much pointless because you’ll end up waiting in a line for hours to buy them if they’re even available.

Elevator lines at the Eiffel Tower are pretty much endless, so save yourself some time by taking stairs whenever possible and enjoy amazing views along the way.
Take Your Time
Paris’ most popular tourist spot isn’t one of those attractions you can simply skim through, so plan your trip with this in mind and have a couple of free hours at your disposal.
Last Resort
If you failed to book your tickets to the top of the tower, don’t despair. Check if there are any of “skip the line” or second-floor tickets available, and try to make a reservation at one of the tower restaurants if that’s not the case.
