Halloween is approaching but it will look different this year in amusement parks as they will have to make adjustments. However, they will still do whatever they can to provide visitors plenty of fun things to do. Here’s how Disney World will celebrate Halloween in 2020.

Halloween in Disney World is a magical experience. Everybody dresses up in costumes and enjoy incredible tricks and treats. This year, it will look different, and here’s how.

No “Mickey’s Not-So-Scary” Halloween Party

We’re sad about it but we understand that organizing a party is simply not safe right now. The party typically features a parade, fireworks, specialty foods and drinks, and of course, plenty of costumed characters. This year, it has been canceled due to COVID-19.

Merchandise

You’ll still be able to find Halloween-themed souvenirs like spirit jerseys, trick-or-treat buckets, Minnie witch hats, candy ears, and many more.

Main Street Decor

Main Street U.S.A. will still get Halloween decoration that you can enjoy on your way to Cinderella Castle.

“We have taken enhanced health and safety measures,” the park’s website reads. “An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. Certain parks, hotels, restaurants, and other offerings may be modified or unavailable, limited in capacity and subject to limited availability or closure, and park admission and offerings are not guaranteed.”
