Looking for a fun time in America this summer? Music festivals are one of the best ways to live it up in the United States.

Here are some music festivals in the US that you should check out in summer 2019.

Bonnaroo Music & Arts Festival (Manchester, Tennessee: June 13-18)

This iconic music festival, held on a massive farm in rural Tennessee, is hot, sweaty, and a lot of fun. This year, superstar acts like Childish Gambino, Post Malone, Cardi B, and Kacey Musgraves will light it up at Bonnaroo.

Lollapalooza (Chicago, Illinois: August 1-4)

Perhaps the most iconic music festival in the US is this Chicago affair, which draws massive crowds. Taking the stage this year in Grant Park will be Ariana Grande, Twenty One Pilots, J. Balvin, and Lil Wayne.

Outside Lands (San Francisco, California: August 9-11)

If you’re looking for a festival with a memorable backdrop, this festival held in Golden Gate Park is second-to-none. Here, you can see an eclectic lineup featuring classics like Neil Simon and modern artists such as Leon Bridges and The Lumineers.

Woodstock 50 (Watkins Glen, New York: August 16-18)

The first big music festival ever held was Woodstock, and this year will be a celebration of its fiftieth anniversary. Jimi Hendrix might not strum the Star-Spangled Banner this time, but you can hear acts like Miley Cyrus, Sturgill Simpson, Chance the Rapper, and Jay-Z.
