Don’t Let Traveling Stop You from Hydrating

When traveling, we are catapulted out of our usual everyday routine. That means a lot of stuff gets forgotten about and pushed to the side, but one thing that shouldn’t is keeping hydrated. Even the most fierce water fiend may be distracted from sipping while exploring, so here are 3 ways to ensure it stays on your mind.

Bottle It Up

A good water bottle is like your key lieutenant in the hydration war. Fill it up before leaving your accommodation, and look for refill stations throughout your day. Remember that it may not be advisable to drink the tap water in some countries.

The Job’s a Game

Challenge yourself to drink a certain amount of water before reaching your next destination or take a sip each time you see a red car. You are more likely to keep your water intake consistent if you treat it as a fun game.

Snack on Your H20

If you’re not the biggest fan of drinking water, fruits and vegetables can be your travel buddies. Snack on pieces of watermelon, cucumber, oranges, and berries throughout the day as they are high in water content. They should also keep you from being hangry!
