The Valley of Geysers can be found in the Kamchatka Peninsula of Russia. It is home to the second largest geyser in the world and occurs naturally. A geyser is a special kind of hot spring and the most well known is probably the one in Yellowstone National Park.

The Valley of Geysers contains dozens of gushing vents and hundreds of hot springs. The natural eruptions are incredible to witness, hence why the valley has been named one of the seven national wonders of Russia.

When you enter the valley, you will get an overwhelming feeling of the valley being alive. The whole place is steaming and breathing. If you get lucky, you might even spot a couple of bears.

The best way to experience the beauty of the valley is to get a helicopter tour. It may be a little pricey but it’s definitely worth it for a totally unique and breathtaking experience.

If you find yourself seeking breathtaking natural locations, you may want to add the Valley of Geysers to your bucket list.
