Switzerland’s glorious landscapes make it ideal for throwing yourself out of planes and off high buildings (with a parachute of course)! Here are 5 activities that adrenaline junkies come from all over the world to brave.

Contra Dam Jump

Head to Gordola to jump off the world’s highest bungee point. It’s 220m high and is so iconic that it appears in Golden Eye, so 007 fans might recognize it.

Jump out of a plane

There are a few places to skydive in Switzerland but Mount Elger is probably the most well-known. Glide down to Earth from 15,000 feet in the air and admire the incredible mountainscape on your way down.

1.3km Toboggan run

Toboggan down Mount Fräkmüntegg, Switzerland’s longest toboggan run. At 1,350 meters, you’re in for a ride.

Schilthorn Walk

Walking around a mountain is thrilling for some but walking 200m around a mountain on glass bridges at high altitude is not for the faint of heart.

Paraglide

Paragliding is also a big thing to do on your visit to Switzerland. You can do a tandem flight in Interlaken, Davos or Saléve mountain for astonishing views and the thrill of a lifetime.
