3 Picture Perfect Parks You Can Find in Lima, Peru

Lima deserves a spot on your bucket list because it’s home to many historic sites and beautiful beaches, but turns out its parks are equally impressive – especially these three.

Park of Love

Lima’s most picturesque seaside park offers amazing views of the Pacific Ocean, but it’s not the only thing it’s known for. The iconic sculpture “El Beso” by Victor Delfín is located right here, while the rest of the park is filled with colorful mosaics carved in stone, reminiscent of Parc Guell in Barcelona.

Park of the Reserve

Park of the Reserve is impossible to miss because it’s located in the very heart of Lima. Beautiful green spaces will draw you in, but you’ll stick around for its magical fountains – especially if you visit in the evening when the light show takes place.

Forrest El Olivar

In addition to being a truly amazing place to relax and unwind, Forrest El Olivar comes with a great backstory. It houses over 1,600 olive trees that grew from only three olive tree saplings that were brought to Peru from Spain.
