A lot of people think of safaris and other stereotypical African activities when they think of Kenya, but what you might not realize is that there are some incredible beaches as well! If you want a truly stunning experience you have to visit these Kenyan beaches.
Diani
If you’re into a beautiful beach aesthetic, Diani is the beach for you. This beach has incredible turquoise waters surrounded by a pristine white sand beach. Diani also has a ton of really cool types of accommodations so you can really just chill out there. But, Diani actually offers more to see than just the beautiful ocean because there is a lot of mature trees that surround the beach as well, giving you the best of both worlds.
Tiwi
Tiwi beach is actually neighbors with Diani beach but is a lot more relaxed since there is only one resort and no restaurants and shops to visit. While this might be a negative for some people, it creates a completely serene atmosphere that some people might need for a true total relaxation vacation. Also, Tiwi beach has some of the best snorkeling in the country and some say in the world, as you can basically touch the coral reefs just by walking along the beach- so imagine what it’s like with a mask on right up close!
