Tulip Lovers Have to Visit This Flower Farm in North Tasmania

The Netherlands is the first place that people think of when someone mentions tulips, but did you know you can get the same kind of experience in Tasmania? Table Cape Tulip Farm is slowly transforming into one of the most Instagram-friendly attractions on this island and it’s not difficult to see why.

This tulip farm is located in a small community of Table Cape, in close proximity to the seaside town of Wynyard, on the North West coast of Tasmania. The area is renowned for its magnificent tulips, which are in full bloom between September and November.

The farm usually explodes with colors during this time of the year, and that’s why it’s currently all over Instagram. Opening dates vary year to year, but the farm is usually open between late September and late October, from 9 am to 5 pm.

Most visitors use their time at the farm to walk through the long lines of tulips, buy floral arrangements and souvenirs, and learn how to grow bulbs of their own. One of the best features of the farm, however, is the incredible view since it offers a glimpse of the Tassie coastline, with Table Cape Lighthouse on the horizon.
