Morocco is an exquisite North African country that straddles both the Atlantic Ocean and the Mediterranean Sea, and is a quick hop, skip, and a jump away from Spain via Gibraltar.

Tourism to Morocco is quite popular as far as locales in the region go, and for many reasons: there’s incredible markets, stunning architecture, great beaches, and one of the most amazing deserts in all of the world; and that’s just the tip of the iceberg.

We highly recommend traveling to this magical, mystical land which has Berber, Arabic, French, and other European influences. Should you make it to this Arabian paradise, be sure not to skip over the following destinations in your itinerary:

Marrakesh

Not the capital city, but typically Morocco’s main attraction.

Chefchaouen

Breathtaking blue city on a hill.
