In addition to funky red train carriage rooms, Railway Square YHA comes with a great lounge, pool table, and a café, with several pretty impressive food options – but that’s just the beginning. Sun deck with BBQ facilities is one of its selling points since it features amazing views of the Australian capital.

It also doesn’t hurt that Railway Square YHA is pretty affordable and that you can book a bed in a dorm for less than $20. It’s also a great place to meet new people if you’re a solo traveler since it’s located in Sydney’s backpacker district around Central Station.
