Bo-Kaap is one of Cape Town’s most popular neighborhoods, thanks to its charming brightly colored homes and cobble-stoned streets. The bright shades of these homes are a symbol of liberation and freedom of homeowners who were allowed to buy them after the abolition of slavery.
