]]>When you received your boarding pass, you would have also received a baggage tag to verify that you handed your luggage in. The first thing you should do is report your missing bag to the information desk as well as your airline. Many airlines have a desk at the baggage claim area where you can file a Property Irregularity Report (PIR).
If your bags cannot be recovered, it’s important to understand that your airline will be liable to compensate you for any reasonable expenses arising from this issue. This could include buying supplies such as toiletries during the time that your baggage is missing.
Although the airline is liable to compensate you for your missing items if they are not recovered, then the one qualifying factor is that the expenses must be “reasonable.” Make sure to assess how much your expenses may be so that you know exactly how much you are owed.

This could be a purse, laptop bag, or even a musical instrument. Make sure to take advantage of this perk so as to maximize what you can travel with. A large tote bag could also pass as a personal item, making for a great way to bring extra baggage.

This will allow you to relax in a non-crowded environment, snack on good food, and catch up on your rest between flights and is included with a business class ticket.
Most business class tickets also include the option to take additional, extra luggage with you to your final destination. This can be a great advantage if you are going to your destination for an extended amount of time, allowing you to take more things with you.
Another totally underrated part of buying a business class ticket is that the companies which sell them generally allow you to change flights and dates if necessary with minimal or no charge. If your travel plans are flexible, this is a big thing to consider!
