Some trips are ones you remember for the rest of your life and this new tour in Iceland brought to you by Black Tomato is just that.

The luxury vacation company just announced that they’re 2021 lineup includes North Iceland.

“At Black Tomato, we are always in search of the wondrous, rare moments in travel—the ones that take your breath away—that no one has done before,” the company explained in a statement. “We put our heads together, researching and designing a once-in-a-lifetime world first: snorkeling and swimming with humpback whales under the midnight sun in Iceland.”

The epic journey will follow the humpback whales as they migrate from the Caribbean to Iceland to feed and it’s a great dive site to spot the sea creatures.

The experience happens on the whale’s schedule which is from June through early August in a discreet location.

During the five-day trip, guests will start in Reykjavik, where they’ll be transferred by plane to Akureyri, the capital of the North, and stay at Hótel Kea Akureyri. The first day will also include a private jet ski tour of  Ólafsvík, and relaxing in a private hot tub. On the second day, guests will head out for arctic snorkeling off the island of Grímsey and they’ll visit the GeoSea baths.

Day three is the most exciting day and it includes a 4×4 drive at Lake Mývatn and a guided hike across the lava fields to the entrance of Lofthellir cave. The day will wrap up in Eyjafjörður, where guests will be given instructions on how to behave in the water near the whales before they jump in with the whales while enjoying the midnight sun.

On the fourth day, guests will unwind at the Blue Lagoon Retreat, before they head home on the following day.

The trip starts at $9,920 per person and it includes flights.
