Pack Less and Keep Your Clothes Fresh When You Travel!

Packing is always one of the hardest things to do when you’re planning your trip. You don’t want to take too much stuff and have to carry it around with you, but you also don’t want to wear stinky dirty clothes while you travel. If you want to minimize the number of clothes you’re packing but keep the ones you have fresh, here are some tips for you.

Fabric Freshener

Bringing your own fabric freshener with you on your trip is such a good way to keep your clothes smelling fresh and clean! To make your own, just combine 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda with a few drops of essential oil and mix well. Pour that into a travel size spray bottle and fill with water and that’s all! The baking soda will deodorize and the essential oil will leave your clothes smelling amazing, just make sure to shake before using.

Sachets

Another good way to keep your clothes smelling good while you travel is to pack some sachets full of great smelling items that will infuse into your clothes. You can fill little bags with dried lavender, herbs, or whatever scent you like best! Pack them in with your clothes and they’ll be smelling wonderful.
