This unique hotel in Chile’s Huilo Natural Reserve requires guests to cross a drawbridge to enter.
The Montana Magica Lodge is built like a volcano into a natural stone spire. Water pours from the top, watering the jungle foliage that immerses the hotel.
Inside the hotel, guests can enjoy a luxurious and natural experience. The hot tubs are made out of huge tree trunks and the rooms contain all the modern amenities you would expect from a hotel in the city.
Guests can also enjoy horseback riding, hiking, rafting, and other adventurous outdoor activities. Considering you need to enter your room via a drawbridge, we would anticipate that most guests are a little on the adventure-seeking side.
The hotel is beautiful and other-wordly at the same time. It seems like something built by the inhabitants of Middle Earth. I don’t know about you, but we certainly haven’t seen a hotel quite like it.
If you are a fan of adventure and fancy braving the Chilean jungle, Montana Magica might be the perfect hotel for you. Would you cross the bridge? Let us know in the comments below.
