There are so many amazing things to see all over Vietnam, but one thing that’s so beautiful and worthy of your time is\ Hai Van Pass.

Hai Van Pass, which means “Sea of Clouds” in Vietnamese, is a 21 km long mountain pass that has some serious views. It’s in the Annamite Mountain Range of Vietnam, but also provides you with an incredible view of the East Sea.

Hai Van Pass is actually the highest road in all of Vietnam, being 500 meters above sea level. This coastal road is basically where the north and south parts of the country meet, which makes it really easy for travelers to add to their itinerary if you’re looking to see the whole country anyway.

There are a few ways you can get to this gorgeous sliver of paradise. You can always hire a car or motorcycle and drive there yourself. Or, for not much money, you can hire a Vietnamese person to take you and anyone you’re with on a motorbike tour. The most expensive option is a jeep tour, which still won’t put you back more than $50, so whatever your budget and level of comfort might be, you can experience this beautiful road for yourself.
