One of the worst parts of flying is dealing with the annoying passengers on your flight. Regardless of what airline you travel on, how long your flight is, or what seat you book, you’re bound to find people who will get on your last nerve. So, how do you deal with them on a long flight? Here are three types of people you will see on your next flight and how to deal with them.

The One With the Cold

Airlines are a breeding ground for germs and there’s always one person on the flight who’s sneezing, coughing, or clearing their throat. While it could just be allergies, you can never be too safe. The best thing you can do is wash your hands or use hand sanitizer frequently.

Screaming Kids

If you’re on a cheap flight, you’re probably surrounded by families. While most kids behave, there are always ones that scream and make the whole experience unbearable. The solution is to bring noise-canceling headphones.

The Complete Recliner

By now we’re sure you’ve figured out that when you recline your seat, you’re taking room from the person behind you. It’s fine to recline a little bit, but be mindful of the people around you. If you ask the person reclining to move their seat up and they refuse to, ask your flight attendant if you can change seats. You don’t want to be stuck on an overnight flight feeling cramped for hours.
