This playful establishment was founded by Amirah Kassem, who brought all the colors of the rainbow to the heart of Lower Manhattan. Her Instagram page currently has around 250.000 followers, who are dreaming of trying her colorful treats in person.
Explosion cake is Kassem’s signature product, but it’s not the only one that brought thousands of visitors to her store. Flour Shop menu comes with a long list of other Instagram-friendly treats, that transformed it into one of New York’s must-visit spots.
