Many cities have started opening restaurants again with caution and there are some brave people who’re opening new locations for the first time ever. If you happen to be in Bangkok, Thailand, soon here’s a short list of new dining places to check out.
Giglio Trattoria Fiorentina
If you’re in a mood for some delicious Italian food prepared by Chef Manuelo Pintore, head to the recently opened Giglio Trattoria Fiorentina. The restaurant has a great location and offers simple, classical Tuscan dishes like pici pasta, countryside ribollita, fresh salads, and many more.
Maze Dining
Chef Phattanant “May” Thongthong became famous for her run on Top Chef Thailand and Iron Chef Thailand. She has a successful restaurant in her hometown Chiang Mai and has recently opened Maze Dining in Bangkok. Her new restaurant is a perfect place and ready for new visitors!
Nusara
Chef Thitid “Ton” Tassanakajohn opened Nusara, a fine dining room just above Mayari Padthai, a wine bar he owns together with his sommelier brother. He named the restaurant after his late grandmother and the whole place is a tribute to her memory. The dishes focus on traditional Thai cuisine. For now, the restaurant is open for only one group of 6-10 people per night.
