Sports travel is a huge attraction for so many of us who love watching athletic competitions. If there’s any country that could be considered the Mecca of sports, it would have to be the United States due to the country’s huge influence when it comes to so many different games.

If you’ve ever wanted to check out some of the country’s most amazing athletic spectacles, here are three events that you absolutely must add to your “bucket list.”

Super Bowl

The world’s premier American football league is the NFL, which pits 32 teams against one another every season to decide who wins the Super Bowl trophy. This game is the most-watched television event in America and is even more spectacular if you can watch its drama in person.

World Series

Baseball is considered America’s pastime, and the World Series between MLB’s two top teams every season is one of the most exciting competitions that you can see in person. The crisp October air and the crack of the bat create an atmosphere that you have to experience to believe.

US Open

The US Open is one of tennis’s four Grand Slam events and the only one which takes place in the United States. Held in early September at the Billie Jean King National Tennis Center in New York City, this electric event will allow you to see tennis’s best men’s and women’s players square off in an All-American setting.
