Airports are notoriously known for being expensive. Pretty much everything comes at a cost. Well, not everything. There are some free things you can get at the airport that you probably didn’t know about. Here are five airport freebies to take advantage of next time you travel.
Books
If you’re trying to kill time before your flight, a book is a great option. But you don’t always have to buy one—some airports have libraries where you can borrow a book or drop one off.
Religious Services
Most airports have chapels with religious and spiritual services. Most of the time they’re free, but they’re happy to accept donations.
Luggage Tags and Fragile Stickers
Sure they’re not the most exciting free thing, but luggage tags and fragile stickers are useful and available at most airport ticket counters.
WiFi
Almost all airports offer free WiFi which will give you something to do while waiting for your flight, without having to use your data.
Exercise
Airports are starting to offer yoga and jogging/cardio trails to work up a sweat and get active pre-flight. We can’t wait for more airports to offer free exercise perks.
