Climb Mount Sabah

Mount Kinabalu is Borneo’s tallest mountain as well as the peak point between New Guinea and the Himalayas. Hiking the mountain is tough but it is incredibly rewarding.

Visit Sepilok Rehabilitation Center

Sepilok rehabilitation center is committed to the care of baby orangutangs. Many of these babies lose their parents as a result of Sabah’s timber industry. If you want to visit the monkeys up close, Sepilok is a good place to do so.

Bohey Dulang 

Bohey Dulang is a breathtaking lagoon in the east of Sabah’s Celebes Sea. You will find crystal blue waters and secret natural pools and waterfalls.

Gunung Mulu National Park

Gunung Mulu National Park contains the world’s largest cave passage – Deer Cave. The caves are great fun to explore and the scenery surrounding the caves is also spectacular.

Bako National Park

Bako National Park is a great place to admire the wildlife of Sarawak’s jungle. The hiking trails are some of the best in Indonesia and the park is home to the unusual Proboscis monkeys.
