Old Technology
Cruises are about to finally become more modern. It took a pandemic, but the cruises will get some new technology devices, like sterilization robots that are already used in some parts of the travel industry.
Getting Friendly with the Crew
The crew won’t get to socialize with the guests anymore, not until the virus is completely gone. Physical contact and close interactions are the first to go once the cruises are back, so don’t expect to hang out with the crew like before.
Smoking
Smokers won’t be pleased to hear that more and more cruise lines are reducing the areas where smoking is allowed. Some ships already don’t allow smoking at all, so if you don’t want to give up on your habit while on the cruise vacation, make sure your cruise of choice allows it.
