Ever feel like you’ve seen all there is to see in Europe’s most buzzed-about cities? Well, think again. Europe’s got some under-the-radar spots that are just waiting to be explored. From the quiet streets of Ljubljana to the maritime vibes of Gdańsk, let’s take a less-traveled road to discover what these cities have to offer.
Ljubljana, Slovenia
Ljubljana is compact and easy to explore on foot or by bike. Its picturesque Old Town with car-free streets is a great place to explore the beautiful architecture and cultural scene of the city. Make sure to check out the Ljubljana Castle the lush Tivoli Park!

Gdańsk, Poland
Gdańsk is a port city on the Baltic coast of Poland. It’s most famous for its beautifully restored Old Town and fascinating maritime history. The city played pivotal roles in the history of the 20th century, including World War II and the fall of communism in Eastern Europe, and is the perfect getaway for history lovers.

Valletta, Malta
Valletta, the capital of Malta, is one of Europe’s smallest but most visually stunning cities. This UNESCO World Heritage site is packed with historic sites, from the opulent St. John’s Co-Cathedral to the ancient Fort St. Elmo. Valletta is a city made for walking and perfect for a leisurely vacation.
@laurenmarietravels ✨Things to do in Valletta- Malta These are my top 3 things to do whilst in Valletta⤵️ 1.St. John’s Co-Cathedral-The conventual church built by the Order of the Knights of St John was completed in 1577, soon after the Great Siege. Here you can see marble tombstones and monuments, historic artefacts and museum collections. 2.Upper Barrakka Gardens- beautiful garden with a panoramic view of the Grand Harbour. 3.Saluting Battery- The Saluting Battery is where a cannon once fired salutes to visiting naval vessels. If you time your visit right, you can watch one of the cannons be fired at 12noon or 4pm. This can also be viewed without going into the Saluting Battery from the balcony of the Upper Barrakka Gardens #valletta #malta #maltatiktok #travel #traveltiktok #travellife #traveltok #traveling #traveltips #travelbucketlist #explore #vacation ♬ Baiana – Barbatuques
