While there’s no way to guarantee you’ll see a rainbow, there are some spots around the world that are known for having them. These three locations are breathtaking and if you love rainbows, you need to visit them. Make sure you bring a camera to capture one of Mother Nature’s finest works.

Hawaii

Known as “The Rainbow State”, rainbows are even featured on Hawaii’s license plate. They’re common year-round because of the sunshine and rain on the island. Some of the best spots for seeing rainbows are Kauai, Maui, and Oahu. Oahu is home to the Manoa Valley, known as the “Valley of the Rainbows”.

Australia

Home to the Rainbow Coast on the southern shores of western Australia, the country is full of these colorful arches. The sun shines out of the north onto rain that reflects off the southern ocean at the Rainbow Coast and because of the sun, you can see rainbows all day.

Ireland

Rainbows are a symbol of hope and good fortune in Irish culture and they’re super common in Ireland due to the mix of sunshine and rain which results in rainbows, especially along its coastline.
