This probably mostly depends on where in the world you live, but if you happen to be within a reasonable distance from Vienna (or traveling around Europe), you need to stop by the HEFI Baumkuchen and Bubble Waffle Shop that sells the most amazing desserts we’ve ever seen!
The base of their desserts is a Czech spit cake called Trdelník. The delicious dough is baked then filled with various fillings to taste great and look simply amazing on your Instagram.
At HEFI, they fill your cake cones with custard, chocolate, caramel, Oreos, cream, ice-cream, waffles, and basically everything you can imagine. You can mix and match the ingredients to receive your own perfect and unique dessert. More photos below.
