Café Pouchkine

This elegant cafe located at 16 Place de la Madeleine has sophisticated salons, stylish decor, and of course, the croissant a la vanille. While this treat looks traditional on the outside, the bourbon vanilla filling makes it stand out amongst other croissants in the city.

Stohrer

This patisserie located at 51 Rue Montorgueil has been open since 1730, making it the oldest ones in the city. It was founded by King Louis XV’s pastry chef, Nicolas Stohrer, and it’s known for having the best almond croissants in Paris. The croissants are dusted with icing sugar and almond cream.
