Summer 2018 flights to Europe are hitting a record low cost

We may be in the thick of winter, but here’s some good travel news that’s bound to cheer you up and have you looking forward to the warm months ahead: flight aggregator KAYAK predicts that summer flights from the US to many hot spots in Europe will hit a record low cost in the past three years. KAYAK’s VP of North American marketing explains that the trend is due to more flights from more carriers, including an influx of routes on low-cost airlines.

If you book before spring hits, expect to benefit from rates around the $700 range, at an average savings of 15% from usual.
