Murchison Falls: Uganda’s Most Splendid Natural Wonder

This picturesque national park attracted many notable visitors in the past, including famous writer Ernest Hemingway, former President of the United States Theodore Roosevelt, and British Prime Minister Winston Churchill, who described it as “wild Kew Gardens”.

Murchison Falls National Park has much more to offer than one stunning waterfall since it’s home to over 70 mammal species, including Uganda’s largest population of Nile crocodiles. It’s a perfect spot for hiking, bird watching, and wildlife viewing, and you can visit it all year round.
