Traveling is a great hobby and allows us to see all kinds of new places and things. If it weren’t for the money that it takes to go to new places, you wouldn’t be alone in saying that you’d spend all of your time on the move!
Unfortunately, it can be expensive at times to travel around and to see new places. While it’s never going to be free to travel, it’s definitely possible to cut back on spending. One great resource for saving while traveling is Kash Bhattacharya, the “Budget Traveler.”
Bhattacharya manages his own Instagram account as well as his own blog about how to travel on a budget. His work is so good and so helpful that he was awarded the prestigious National Geographic Travel Blogger of the Year Award back in 2016.
When I was in Prague earlier this year, I did exactly as he recommended, climbing to the top of Riegrovy Sady with my friends and a bottle of wine. Instead of spending tons of money at a fancy (and crowded!) Prague bar, we were rewarded with this stunning view and saved a ton of money!
