Your daily routine will go through the window once you’re on the road, and certain parts of your life will take a hit – including your healthy diet. You’ll find yourself skipping meals and eating junk food on a daily basis, but it’s still possible to keep it healthy by trying to add more fruits and veggies on your daily menu.

Good Breakfast

Breakfast is one meal you definitely shouldn’t skip, especially during your travels. Put it to some good use, and don’t load up your plate with bread and butter alone. Add some fruits and veggies to the mix, and you’ll feel more energized for the rest of the day.

Healthy Snacks

Even if you don’t feel hungry after countless hours of sightseeing, it’s always a good idea to have a little snack. Grab an apple or a banana at any supermarket or convenience store, or consider hitting a local smoothie bar if you prefer consuming your fruits in liquid form.

Eating Out

If you’re always eating on a go, ordering plant-based foods is still an option. Most fast-food chains have salads on their menu, and if you’re in the mood to go to a fancy restaurant you can consider ordering an appetizer that’s rich in vegetables.
