Follow everthewanderer for a Window into the Beauty of Earth

Have you ever just wanted to drop everything, pack a bag, and travel to the most beautiful sights that the world has to offer?

While we all might not be able to do this, as much as we might like to, Rachel Hughes offers a window into this world to all of her followers over at her Instagram page, @everthewanderer.

Hughes is an authentic globetrotter that visits some of the most beautiful places on Earth, usually in tandem with her husband Phil.

Currently, the couple is traveling throughout Southeast Asia in countries such as Vietnam and Cambodia. Rachel’s snapshots of the tropical beauty of this area are enough to make anyone want to book a snap trip to this region.

One of my favorite recent trips that Rachel took was to Portugal, one of my personal favorite countries. Her photos of the Portuguese coasts’ stunning beaches were a source of major wanderlust and a desire for warmer weather!

If you are looking for travel inspiration or just curious to see a collection of beautiful shots, run, don’t walk, to follow Rachel’s account.

It’s one of our favorites on Instagram and will give you all kinds of ideas for your next trip. Happy following!

The iconic long tail boats of Thailand. When visiting many of the islands in Thailand you might have to move from your speedboat into one of these before you get to shore. Depending on the tides and company you travel with. What you will notice is that their engines are pretty noisy. When we arrived in Koh Lipe there was an info sheet in our hotel telling us how noise control is a big issue here. Many of the locals are encouraged to put silencers on the engines but you will find many don’t and your peaceful day at the beach can be quite noisy. It’s worth doing your research on what beach is closest to your property also as many of the longtails are anchored right on the shore so it’s difficult to find a place to swim (safely so you don’t get run over too) and the oil from the engines sits on the surface of the sea. What seems idyllic on Instagram photos won’t always give you the real deal. We stayed on Sunrise Beach and preferred it to all of the others. We spent a day exploring the island to see if other beaches were as nice and ended up regretting it, our beach was the best 🏝 Have you found similar problems when visiting “idyllic” locations? . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . #thetravellingnomads #travellingourplanet #getlostnow #huffposttravel #roamtravels #travelon #dametraveler #thewanderingtourist #passportexpress #shetravels #femmetravel #traveldeeper #pinktrotters #gltlove #ladieslovetravel #kohlipe #visitthailand #tropicalisland #prettylittleiiinspo #sheisnotlost #thailandtravel #wonderfuldestinations #travelinspo #beautifulplanet #effortlyss #letsflyawayto #thailand🇹🇭 #beautifuldestinations #shetravelz #borntotravel
