Not far from Chicago, guests can dine in this newly renovated hotel’s dining dome while being surrounded by 10 acres of snowy gardens and twinkle lights. There’s even a special dining menu, blankets, and bottle service.

Salamander Resort and Spa — Middleburg, Virginia

Dine under the stars in your own private dining done that has personal heaters. Enjoy a four-course meal that includes seasonal dishes like wagyu targar and tarragon gnocchi.

Cliff House — Cape Neddick, Maine

This resort on Maine’s southern coast has cliffside igloos at Nubb’s Lobster Shack that will give guests a warm and scenic seaside dining experience. The igloos sit six guests and guests will have access to Nubb’s full food and beverage menu.
