Check Out These Brand New Museum Experiences in the U.S.

Now that we’ve entered into a new year, it’s time to check off some experiences from our bucket list. These museum exhibitions include ones from around the world, which will be available in the U.S. only this year. So make sure you visit these museums before the year ends.

Vincent van Gogh Exhibition

This multi-sensory Vincent van Gogh exhibition is in the U.S. for the first time at the Salvador Dalí Museum, Florida, the Indianapolis Museum of Art Newfields, and the Germania Club Building in Chicago. You’ll see close to 3,000 moving images illuminate the brushstrokes of van Gogh’s paintings accompanied by a musical soundscape through ceiling digital projection.

Picasso Exhibition

This year a major Picasso exhibition is coming to Nashville’s Frist Art Museum in partnership with Musée National Picasso-Paris. Picasso. Figures runs from February 5 to May 2 and it will feature 75 paintings, work on paper, and sculptures borrowed from Paris.

National Museum of African American Music

As if music lovers needed another reason to visit Nashville. Well, now there’s the National Museum of African American Music which is launching in January 2021. African American music has influenced all genres and now there’s a place to celebrate it.
