5 Things You Should Avoid Buying at the Airport

Shopping is one of the easiest ways to pass the time at the airport, but most of the items you’ll find here are more expensive than anywhere else. Here’s a couple you should avoid buying at all costs.

Souvenirs

Make a list of people you’re bringing souvenirs to, and buy them at your destination, instead of paying much more for the same items at the airport.

Bottled Water

Bottled water tends to be unreasonable expensive at the airport, so make sure to travel with your reusable bottle instead.

Travel Gear

Prices of neck pillows, blankets, suitcases, and other travel gear are pretty high at the airport, so try not to forget them when you’re packing for your flight.

Duty-Free Items

Duty-free items may seem very tempting until you do some research. Some deals are actually good, but you’ll usually spend less money buying the same items online.

Wi-Fi

Most airports come with free Wi-Fi, but if that’s not the case don’t waste your money on paid services. Head to the food court, and you’ll probably find free Wi-Fi at Starbucks.
