While we love traveling, one of the most frustrating parts about it is being stuck at airports for hours due to a layover. Sure you can head to the bar and grab some food and drinks, but that only kills a small chunk of time. Believe it or not, there are actually some airports that we wouldn’t mind getting stuck at for hours. Here are three airports you have to check out.

Amsterdam Airport Schiphol – Amsterdam, Netherland

Each year tons of people head to the Rijksmuseum in Amsterdam to see paintings from the Dutch Golden Age. But you can check them out at Amsterdam Airport Schiphol. The museum has an annex there with pictures from the collection on display. You can also look at old places at the Panorama Terrace at Departures Hall 1.

Dubai International Airport – Dubai, United Arab Emirates

One of the world’s busiest airports, Dubai International Airport has some of the fastest free, unlimited airport Wi-Fi in the world and at Terminal 3 you can take a free shower and relax in the zen garden.

Vancouver International Airport – Richmond, Canada

One of the largest living walls in North America can be found on the exterior of Vancouver’s International Airport’s Arrival Terminal. The green wall stands at 18 meters high and 12 meters wide and there are over 25,000 plants with a built-in irrigation and feeding system. There’s also a permanent Vancouver Aquarium exhibit that has more than 20,000 marine animals and plants native to British Columbia.
