At the top of the list, however, was France. France overtook the Americas, the UK, and China to take the top spot. Despite being a small fraction of the size of America, France attracts 89.4 million tourists each year. Many of these tourists head to Paris to experience the famously romantic culture of fine dining and French cuisine.
