Here are our favorite campgrounds in Croatia that you can visit when you get the chance and we promise it will be worth the wait!

Istria

Istria is a Croatian peninsula located near Slovenia and Italy. It’s one of the largest camping regions in the country. The sea that surrounds Istria is the warmest in Europe and s 1/3 of the region is covered with pine forests. 50 of its beaches have a Blue Flag. There are 26 camps to choose from and most of them are located near Umag, Porec, Rovinj, and Pula.

Kvarner

Kvarner is considered one of the best camping regions in Europe. With 28 Blue Flag beaches and plenty of camps to choose from, it’s a place where anyone can have a perfect vacation. Kvarner region includes wonderful islands of Krk, Cres, Losinj, and Rab which you can explore while there.

Dalmatia

If you get a chance, don’t miss camping in the Dalmatia region. It will reward you with beautiful nature, a mild Mediterranean climate, and excellent wines. Most of its 20 campsites are located near large cities of Dubrovnik, Zadar, Split, and Sibenik.

So what are all these flavors? The flavors include traditional ones like chocolate, vanilla, and pistachio, as well as contemporary tastes like walnut, salted butter caramel, pecan and maple, coffee, and cookies. They also have innovative flavors with some really unusual ideas, which include avocado, rose, olive, and even something called “spice bread.”

The sorbet flavors focus on fruit, where you can find the more traditional like strawberry, lemon, and mint, and more out-there flavors like cactus sorbet, tomato-basil sorbet, and finally the truly legendary beer sorbet.

It really doesn’t start to cool off in Tel Aviv until around late November or even early December, so you still have several months to enjoy a summertime feeling.

Charleston, South Carolina

Charleston also called ‘Chucktown’ is a wonderful historical city that also happens to be on the Atlantic coast. While the downtown area has incredible colonial homes, delicious low-country restaurants, and more, you can drive just 20 minutes and you’ll be at one of the many beaches the city boasts! Plus, it stays in the 70’s well through October.

Hong Kong

While Hong Kong is an amazing city that people would love to visit, a lot of people don’t know there are also beaches there! It’s actually one of the hottest places in Asia, so you can basically guarantee warm days all year round.

]]> It’s a weird time for traveling right now. Depending on where you live in the world, you may or may not be able to visit the locations we write about. Even if you don’t get to travel much this year, it’s always fun to plan ahead for future adventures. Here are our favorite campgrounds in Croatia that you can visit when you get the chance and we promise it will be worth the wait!

Istria

Istria is a Croatian peninsula located near Slovenia and Italy. It’s one of the largest camping regions in the country. The sea that surrounds Istria is the warmest in Europe and s 1/3 of the region is covered with pine forests. 50 of its beaches have a Blue Flag. There are 26 camps to choose from and most of them are located near Umag, Porec, Rovinj, and Pula.

Kvarner

Kvarner is considered one of the best camping regions in Europe. With 28 Blue Flag beaches and plenty of camps to choose from, it’s a place where anyone can have a perfect vacation. Kvarner region includes wonderful islands of Krk, Cres, Losinj, and Rab which you can explore while there.

Dalmatia

If you get a chance, don’t miss camping in the Dalmatia region. It will reward you with beautiful nature, a mild Mediterranean climate, and excellent wines. Most of its 20 campsites are located near large cities of Dubrovnik, Zadar, Split, and Sibenik.

]]> Fenocchio is a family-created, family-run ice cream parlor that was opened in Nice’s old town in 1966. The place is renowned for its massive collection of flavors, with 59 ice creams and 35 sorbets. The Fenocchio flavors are actually developed in their ice cream lab in La Gaude, where they also keep a shop, but the original Nice location is where you should go.

So what are all these flavors? The flavors include traditional ones like chocolate, vanilla, and pistachio, as well as contemporary tastes like walnut, salted butter caramel, pecan and maple, coffee, and cookies. They also have innovative flavors with some really unusual ideas, which include avocado, rose, olive, and even something called “spice bread.”

The sorbet flavors focus on fruit, where you can find the more traditional like strawberry, lemon, and mint, and more out-there flavors like cactus sorbet, tomato-basil sorbet, and finally the truly legendary beer sorbet.

]]> Everyone’s spring break plans fell apart this year, but there’s still hope we could have an amazing vacation this summer. If you’re thinking of planning yours right now, here’s a couple of things you should take into consideration.

Cancelation Policy

We live in uncertain times, and despite the fact most people are predicting it will be safe to travel this summer, there’s no guarantee that will happen. If you decide to book a flight and accommodation for your vacation, make sure they’re refundable, so your money wouldn’t go to waste if something changes.

Right Dates

It will take some time for the world to pull out of the current health crises, and taking an early summer vacation is extremely unrealistic. Aim for late July or August at the earliest, because you might be setting yourself up to disappointment otherwise.

Wait It Out

There’s no point in rushing your plans with so many things still hanging in the air. Other people aren’t in the rush to book their holidays either, so there’s no need to chase for good deals in fear they’ll disappear.

Tel Aviv, Israel

Located right on the Mediterranean Sea, Tel Aviv is an awesome city with incredible beaches all along. Not only is it a beach city, but it’s also warm for much of the year! It really doesn’t start to cool off in Tel Aviv until around late November or even early December, so you still have several months to enjoy a summertime feeling.

Charleston, South Carolina

Charleston also called ‘Chucktown’ is a wonderful historical city that also happens to be on the Atlantic coast. While the downtown area has incredible colonial homes, delicious low-country restaurants, and more, you can drive just 20 minutes and you’ll be at one of the many beaches the city boasts! Plus, it stays in the 70’s well through October.

Hong Kong

While Hong Kong is an amazing city that people would love to visit, a lot of people don’t know there are also beaches there! It’s actually one of the hottest places in Asia, so you can basically guarantee warm days all year round.
