Here are three tips on how to plan the most relaxing, enjoyable vacation this spring.

Choose Your Destination

A city break can work well in the spring, as generally the streets of popular destinations such as Paris, London, and Rome are less crowded than later on in the year. You should be able to find cheaper rates for hotels and accommodation, so select a central location as this will enable you to make the most of the city in the shorter spring days. Opt for a city with plenty of indoor attractions, such as museums, art galleries and restaurants, as this will enable you to escape any spring showers that might fall.

Think Local

Spring can be a good season in which to have a staycation and explore some of the destinations a little more local to you.
