Disney Springs Hotels offers special rates at an array of its hotels, with Wyndham Garden costing just $97 per night. Even the most upmarket option offered by the group, namely the Hilton hotel, commands a price of $186 per night; a relatively affordable price compared to equivalent hotels.
Special Perks
Given that each of the hotels on Special is located within walking distance of the Disney theme park, you’ll be glad to know that they provide some special perks that you can enjoy at the resort itself. In addition to enjoying free shuttle busses between your hotel of choice and Disney World, you’ll also get 30-minute early access to any of the parks, meaning you’ll be able to get to the front of the line for your ride of choice.

For those looking for a fun-filled vacation that’s enjoyable for the whole family, it’s hard to argue against Orlando. For those who like theme parks, the solution is quite a no-brainer. However, there are other things to consider.
Miami—Better Nightlife
When it comes to which is the better overall city, Miami wins. South Beach is one of the largest tourist attractions in the world, from its brilliant shores to its vibrant club scene. Indeed, those looking to party hard won’t be disappointed in Miami. Culturally it reigns as well, with Columbian influence prevalent from its music scene to its food scene.
So Which to Choose?
If you can only go to one of these two cities, it’ll really depend on your goals. If you’re trying to soak up nightlife and party, as well as enjoy a magnificent beach scene, go to Miami. However, if you’re looking for the thrills of multiple amusement parks, go to Orlando and don’t look back!

Honestly, the pictures don’t even do it justice. When you visit the Hogwarts castle, you’ll be shocked by how incredible of a job they did building it. The inside of the castle is also incredible, full with talking pictures, the Mirror of Erised, Dumbledore’s office, and countless other easter eggs for Harry Potter lovers!
There are 3 Kinds of Butterbeer
Yup, that’s right. When you arrive in Hogsmeade, you’ll learn that there are actually three different versions of Butterbeer that you can buy. One of them is like an icy slushie. Another is more like a cold beverage, not unlike beer itself. And the third option is a hot beverage, which you’ll find they serve in the Three Broomsticks.
You May Have to Wait in Lines
As much as you love Harry Potter, there are countless others who love it just as much. This means that you’ll probably have to wait in line for all kinds of things. Not just for the rides, but also to go inside the Three Broomsticks, or to take a picture near the Hogwarts Express.

They want to send one market researcher to Orlando who will test theme parks and share his/her findings on social media. The requirements for this position is that a person is over 18, social media savvy, and skilled in taking great photos and videos. The job includes posting the experience on Instagram, filming everything, and reporting about things to do.
The chosen applicant will have a chance to bring a friend, for whom all the expenses will be paid. The friend will get a Go-Pro and a Fit Bit to use on the trip. Anyone who’s interested can apply until January 31st, 2020. Good luck!

]]>While the old log flume contained a handful of animatronic dinosaurs, the new ride will have you face to face with velociraptors, giant alligators and a whole bunch of other friendly and not-so-friendly dinosaurs. Chris Pratt will also make an appearance.
Additionally, a new aquarium observatory has been installed so that guests can experience underwater thrills as a giant predator throws itself against the 25-passenger boat.
Every aspect of the ride has been taken to the next level. There is now an 84-foot drop and more dinosaurs than ever before. The experience is of a Jurassic theme park gone wrong and it looks so realistic that visitors will likely momentarily wonder if it really is actually happening.

Downtown Orlando has a lot going on and has some beautiful spots. One place you have to go is Lake Eola Park that’s located right in downtown! The lake has a trail beside it the circles it and is just under a mile, so it’s the perfect place to take a stroll and see the amazing wildlife, including the huge swans! There are also a lot of free events that happen in the park like parades and culture celebrations by the surrounding community.
If you visit the Lake Eola Park on a Sunday, you’re in extra luck! There’s a farmers market there every week, and with Florida being such an abundant agricultural center, you definitely want to pick up some fresh produce.
If you’re traveling with just adults, there’s no better way to spend your time than by doing a winery tour and tasting! Lakeridge Winery and Vineyard is just half an hour outside downtown Orlando, and the best part is that they give their tours and tastings for free! Not a bad way to spend an afternoon.
If beer is more of your cup of tea, then you can take a free tour of Orlando Brewing, a local brewery, every day but Sunday at 6 pm! Finding out the process of how they make the beer is super interesting and will give you a better appreciation for the good stuff.
A lot of people like to stay at Disney World late enough in the evening to catch the daily fireworks, but if you want to skip the expensive tickets, you can catch the show for free! All you have to do is go to the Disney Boardwalk, which is a really cute area that resembles a Coney Island-style boardwalk from the 1920s.

Obviously, while you’re in Florida, you’ll want to eat some seafood. Orlando is only about an hour from the coast, so you can still get really fresh seafood in restaurants. One of the best to go to is called Lee and Rick’s Oyster Bar, which has an incredible selection of seafood at super reasonable prices.
If you want to see the more sustainable side of Orlando, hit up this surprising restaurants called Ethos Vegan Kitchen. This restaurant sources all their food from local farmers, and works with other local businesses to give you a completely hometown meal.
