Unfortunately, only 26 glaciers remain due to the effects of climate change, so this is also a good place to be reminded of just how important it is to protect our earth.
Visit Machu Picchu at sunrise and you’ll think you’re dreaming. The 500-year-old stonework, restored architecture, green grass, morning mist, and wandering llamas are truly a wonder to marvel at.
