]]>The human behind the account, Talitha Girnus, began posting in 2015. She and her first hedgehog, Mr. Pokee, traveled and took adorable photos for Instagram followers. He unfortunately passed away in 2019, but his legacy is continued by Herbee and Audree.
“Between all the serious things happening in the world every day, Pokee and now also Herbee and Audree are here to give you a reason to be happy and smile,” Girnus writes on her blog.
As she shared with People magazine, the two traveling buddies are inseparable. Audree likes to follow Herbee’s step and lay on spots where he was. They often snuggle and play together. This unlikely friendship truly melts our hearts!
Since the pandemic started, this little family was not able to travel as much as they are used to, but they still like to go outside and take adorable photos. The latest updates on their feed include fall shots that show them enjoying the seasons to the max.

Instagram also serves as a photo editor, providing a number of effects and editing capabilities to make your pictures look even better. Learn to adjust the brightness, contrast, saturation, sharpness, just to name a few things, in order to make your pictures pop.
One of the best ways to ensure that others see and like your photos is by geotagging your snapshots. Don’t just upload a picture of the Taj Mahal, for example; upload it and geotag it at the Taj Mahal so that people browsing photos of the monument will see your picture.
Another great way to ensure that your pictures have reach is by employing hashtags. Look for hashtags related to the location in which you have taken your photo so that people, while checking out these popular hashtags, will discover your photo and profile.

]]>If you’re traveling on a budget, it’s highly unlikely you can afford a stay at a fancy five-star hotel. Travel influencers are a different story, and they often get free accommodation in exchange for promotion.
Instagram influencers can afford packing several fancy dresses for each trip, especially when they’re being paid to promote certain fashion brands. That’s not the case with most travelers, who are trying to fit all their clothes inside a carry-on to cut the costs.
Travel influencers are constantly on the road because that’s how they earn their living, but not everyone is lucky enough to do that. Exploring a dozen countries every year is an unachievable goal for most people with full-time jobs, and you shouldn’t beat yourself up for not doing it.

]]>Travel boards that specialize in re-posting photos from other users are the perfect spot to look for some inspiration. They can help you discover a bunch of amazing new places, and underrated attractions in countries you’re planning to visit.
Instagram can also help you capture the places you’re planning to visit in their full glory. You can search through hashtags and geotags and find inspiration for the best frames and shots of tourist attractions on your bucket list.
Instagram is primarily a photo-sharing platform, but you can still learn a lot if you’re careful about who you’re following. Opt for travel boards and bloggers who write interesting and detailed captions that give you a real insight into the places you want to see.
