It was recently turned into a public park and offers some excellent points of interest, like buildings designed in traditional Korean architecture, lovely gardens, and various sculptures.
For panoramic views, head to Jeongdong Observatory. Located in Seoul City Hall Seosomun Building, the place used to serve as offices for the government before being turned into a coffee house. You can soak in the stunning Seoul cityscape while sipping a drink or just enjoy the view for free.
