As a traveler, this could be one of a kind experience to come across. The organization is non-political and anyone is welcome to join. It is home to people who feel comfortable in the fringes: hippies, new-agers, bikers, geeks. Rainbow Gatherings feel a little bit like old-school festivals, with putlocks, tents, drumming, and dancing, there are no schedules or rules.
