When it comes to Covid-19 measurements, officials claim the park will be safe for visitors and staff. It will start working at 50% capacity at first. Lately, the number of cases in Osaka has been rising but Japan is still avoiding strict lockdown measures, relying instead on contact tracing and mandatory masks.
The new Super Nintendo World will become a model for the theme park industry after a big hit it suffered due to pandemic. The Walt Disney Company recently announced its plans to lay off over 30,000 employees, most of which work in park divisions, so we have yet to see how the theme park industry will come out of this situation.

]]>Michael Burke, the chief executive officer of Louis Vuitton, confirmed the opening of the restaurant. He also hinted that there may be more eateries and even hotels in the company’s future. The Osaka boutique will open on February 1st, while the restaurant will start working on February 15th.
“The future of luxury will not only be in luxury goods, as it’s been for many years, but also in luxury experiences, and we want to be in both segments,” said Bernard Arnault, the company’s CEO last year, as quoted by U.K.’s Evening Standard.
